Why we process it
To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work, improve the site, and meet legal or accounting duties when those apply.

We do not sell personal data. We may use processors (for example hosting or email) under contracts that require appropriate care. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the conversation, a related proposal, or a legal need. Exact retention periods will be set as company systems mature.
